Agentic Attribute AI ("the App") helps Shopify merchants categorise products and improve product data using AI. This policy explains what data the App processes, why, and your rights.

Data we collect

The App does not collect or store your customers' (shoppers') personal information. We process your merchant account information and your product catalogue only.

How we use AI (Anthropic)

To generate category, attribute and description suggestions, relevant product data (including product images) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, this data is not used to train their models. No suggestion is written to your store without your approval (unless you explicitly enable the auto-apply setting, which applies only suggestions above your chosen confidence threshold).

Where your data lives

The App is hosted on Railway (United States) with data stored in a PostgreSQL database. Support emails are delivered via Resend. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify — we never see or store your payment details.

Retention and deletion

Compliance

The App implements Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) and responds to data requests and erasures accordingly. Because we store no shopper personal data, customer data requests return no records.
